Real estate is a well-established asset class. It requires dedicated expertise, in-depth sectoral and local knowledge. We work with trusted local partners, typically using our Luxembourg or Irish fund structuring capabilities. Real Estate constitutes a key staple of portfolio diversification with specific attributes in terms of return profiles, decorrelation and volatility.

We are committed to providing focused and timely access to this particular asset class with a view to generate substantial capital appreciation over time and/or attractive income.

We strive to achieve the highest possible return for the lowest possible risk. We look to combine a safe “bond floor” valuation, with a strong “equity value” upside.

Our experience has shown that an in-depth local knowledge is an essential element to ensure repeated successful investment. We therefore systematically rely on trustworthy local operating partners with proven expertise and co-investing capability.

We have had great success investing in Ireland after the 2008 crisis and from 2017 onwards in Germany, Greece, Benelux and the United Kingdom in various real estate sub-sectors, as well as across the capital stack.

Private Equity

Private equity and private debt funds as well as fund of funds have delivered a sustainable and attractive average rate of return over time. It constitutes a key staple of portfolio diversification with specific attributes in terms of return profiles, decorrelation and volatility.

We pay particular attention to a quick deployment of funds, in order to minimize the “J-Curve” effect. We also focus on mid-cap funds to capture higher returns in addition to a faster deployment.
